The Mobile Monday Croatia Launch Event, hosted on May 21, 2007, and sponsored by the Institute of Informatical Innovation, was a huge success!
The event gathered representatives of the numerous companies, both large and small, such as Agrokor, Croatian Institute of Technology, Croatian film directors guild, G2R, Infinum, Ineomedia UK, Intermodus, Lamaro, Net Studio Aranea d.o.o., NTH Media, Mobitel, Ruđer Bošković Institute, T-Mobile Croatia and others.
The speakers at the event were Mr. Mike Short, VP Technology of O2 Group, Mr. Peter Vesterbacka of HP Bazaar and the founder of Mobile Monday, and Dr. Janko Mršić-Flögel, founder and director of the Institute of Informatical Innovation. The product and business presentations were given by Transcense Ltd. (UK), Renzoo (UK/Croatia), Ouroboros (Croatia), Mobitel (Croatia), And InterModus (Croatia).

Mobile Monday is Coming to Croatia
Institute of Informatical Innovations, Sveti Križ Začretje, will be the host of global event Mobile Monday at 21 of May 2007.
Mobile Monday is an open community of mobile professionals maintaining and developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the mobile area. Meetings are held on regular basis every month at first Monday in the month for informal interaction, share of ideas and experience of mobile market representatives and virtual networking via the community of Mobile Monday Websites and newsletters.
During recent years Mobile Monday business-community has united more than 30.000 representatives of mobile industry and gained great popularity all over the world.
Mobile Monday Croatia is aimed at establishing strong connection between Croatian and foreign companies engaged in the mobile business. Building community, which will develop and promote innovations in mobile industry over viewing the latest and the hottest trends in the mobile world.
